The Project Office represents a supportive service for research and organizational projects conducted both within the hospital and more broadly, in the field of European projects. The activities of European projects are focused on acquiring additional financial resources from EU funds.
The purpose of the Project Office is also to ensure faster development, more effective organization and coordination of scientific research activities.
Through systematic development and improvement of project approaches, our goal is to achieve individual strategic objectives of the hospital, while also caring for organizational learning and the transfer of best practices from completed projects to new ones.
