LAS DBK: INTEGRATED NETWORK OF PALLIATIVE CARE AND NGOs (2022-2023)

In the area of ​​the Local Action Group of Dolenjska and Bela Krajina, after the operation, a newly network of stakeholders for the program in the field of palliative care and the structural basis for the operation of the mobile palliative unit of the GH NM will be established. The investment is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The project is implemented from 2022 to 2023.
