LOCAL ACTION GROUP OF DOLENJSKA AND BELA KRAJINA: PROJECT HAND IN HAND (2022-2023)
The project hand in hand is co-financed from CLLD 2014-2020 funds and implemented from 2022 to 2023. The goals of the project are the de-tabooization of death, informing the public about the already existing help network and offering support to young people between the ages of 18 and 26 after the death of a loved one.
The project partners are:
The Slovenian Hospic association, Regional board of Dolenjska, Posavje and Bela Krajina
The main outcomes of the project are: implementation of the 16 LAST AID International workshops, conducting weekend workshops for grieving young people and publication of support material (newsletter, booklet) for bereaved young people.
